Colin is a native of Washington State. He lives in Tacoma, Washington with his wife, two daughters, two cats and a dog. Colin has an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Early in his life, he moved from the Emerald City of Seattle to Kansas and then back to the Emerald City, so you could say he's like Dorothy in reverse. On his way back from Kansas to the Emerald City, he stopped off in Hollywood to go to Chapman University and to pursue filmmaking. After a fun and eventful first career, Colin moved back home to Seattle in 2017. Once home, he fell into real estate and then fell in love with real estate. He's worked on the operations side of a brokerage, as an agent, and in the new construction space. This means that Colin has a robust and well rounded background in all things real estate. He's also coached over 200 real estate agents to close over 640 million in volume, meaning there are few things he hasn't seen.
