Melissa Brigandi is a South Sound REALTOR® who believes real estate doesn’t have to feel stuffy or complicated. With more than 50 clients served, she brings a laid-back, down-to-earth approach while fiercely advocating for the people she represents.
Melissa specializes in residential listings, unique properties, homesteads, estate and transition sales, and helping clients navigate the not-so-simple situations that often come with buying or selling a home. She serves Thurston County and the surrounding South Sound, including Lewis, Mason, Pierce, and Grays Harbor counties.
Known for being resourceful, straightforward, and willing to roll up her sleeves, Melissa helps with far more than putting a sign in the yard—from coordinating contractors and preparing homes for market to helping families manage a sale from out of state.
When she isn’t selling houses, you’ll usually find Melissa creating something, teaching one of her local workshops, wandering a PNW beach or trail, or hanging out with her dogs.
