He currently serves as Executive Director of Creative Theatre Experience, one of the region’s longest-standing youth arts organizations. In this role, Kyle helps hundreds of students each year build confidence, communication skills, and leadership through theatre education. His work has strengthened relationships with local families, educators, and community leaders throughout Thurston County, and he is a strong advocate for expanding access to arts education—especially for underserved communities.

Kyle has a particular passion for working with first-time homebuyers.
